Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping Information:
Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours for most in-stock items via UPS ground service and will arrive within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and US & CAN Holidays). A street address and daytime phone number are required on all orders. All delivery charges will be applied to the first of multiple shipments. Delivery services can be upgraded for an additional charge on in stock items. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be charged an additional fee for air shipping.

Claims & Shortages:
Any claims or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. All packaging materials must be saved, as a charge for additional return packaging materials will apply.

Please include pictures of any damage to both the products and/or packaging using the Shipping Claims Form.

Return Policy:
All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods and are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus all shipping costs. Before returning any product you must fill out the Shipping Claims Form, you will be contacted by Alexandria Professioanl® to receive a RA# (Return Authorization Number). Merchandise returned without an RA# number will be refused and returned to sender. There must be pictures taken of the products to be returned and pictures must be uploaded using the provided Shipping Claims Form. Opened/used items will not be accepted.
